Obstruction is caused by the building up of toxins or eating of wrong foods in excess and not allowing time for the body to process out the built-up waste. The more waste the more obstructions the body forms. It's these obstructions that create a strain on the body and take away from the total potential amount of power you have available to use.
Vitality the actual power (energy) you have available at any given moment. It's what makes you feel alive when you have a lot of it and drained and lethargic when you lack it. Vitality is what we all strive for in abundance.
With everything laid out all nice and neat hopefully you can now see the biggest controlling variable in this equation or the thing you have the greatest control over is Obstruction. Yes, you can increase your Power but you will need training and/or practice and even it has a limit of how much you can increase your potential energy. Where Obstruction, if you remove it you will have 100% of your vitality at your disposal, well OK not quite 100%, as your body needs some of that for its normal functions but you get the point. It's also important to note that if you increase the amount of obstruction you to the point where it's equal or is even close to equaling Power you will die as your body no longer has enough energy to function. This formula is a great way to illustrate the importance of understanding what causes obstruction and how to safely and effectively remove it. 3 Keys to Understanding Energy
Power is the max amount of energy your body is capable of producing. The human body is an amazing being capable of collecting and utilizing many forms of energy. Here are the ones science has thus far discovered:
•Aerobic Respiration a combination of biochemical and thermal energy that we get from the break down of food into glucose and breathing in oxygen for oxidation. With breathing exercises, you can increase your lung capacity and thus increase, to a degree, your energy potential.
•Anaerobic respiration makes energy in a similar way to aerobic respiration only without the oxygen. This occurs in areas oxygen is unable to reach due to excessive exercise or from built-up obstructions. It also creates less energy than aerobic respiration and has the side effect of producing Lactic acid.
•Vital energy also referred to as life force energy or orgone comes from the surrounding environment, people, plants and bodies of water. The term orgone was coined by Wilhelm Reich an Austrian doctor of medicine and psychoanalyst. He was a member of the second generation of analysts after Sigmund Freud who discovered and measured orgone energy during his research of the human orgasm. An orgasm is a build-up and the release of vital energy and this is one of the easiest way for people to recognize the feel of it. Some ways to improve our use of vital energy is through meditation and energy exercises like Falun Dafa and Tia chi.
•Solar energy, not only plants can create energy from the sun according to a NASA sun gazing study. SunyogiUmasankar Ji also discovered sun gazing separate from NASA and has been able to forgo eating and sleeping for years. He has been investigated and researched by modern science numerous times. Sungazing can raise your energy levels to a high degree though you should be sure to research safe ways to go about sun gazing as staring at the sun directly for too long without proper training can cause severe damage to your eyes.
•Breathing techniques can be learned to create a controlled state of hyperventilation this is used to create large amounts of energy quickly while also creating thermal energy. It's used by some breatharians and most notably by Wim Hof "The Iceman". He uses breathing techniques to help him withstand extended exposure to below-freezing temperatures, as well as, preventing infections from bacteria and viruses. He has been researched and investigated extensively by scientists.
Energy, something we all desire and require to make it through our day. The most used method to track and measure the amount of energy our body needs and consumes is the calorie. Which I feel is a funny way to measure human energy as the calorie is a heat unit. But we will talk about that more in-depth later.
